My name is Michelle and I am the Creator behind Riverblue Designs. I have a love for nature and being outdoors. One of my favorite things is going for walks and spending time with nature through our four seasons in Manitoba. In my pursuit of staying warm and comfortable outdoors, I started creating my own hand knit modern knitwear accessories.
My knitting is an exploration of color and texture as each wool fibre is transformed from a strand gliding through my fingers, across my needles, and emerges as a beautiful piece that is as unique as I am. The possibilities for creativity are endless when exploring the art of knitting. Each piece that I knit is functional, modern and wearable. I have an incredible amount of fun working with quality fibres in both bold colors and subtle neutrals.
